7-day Refund Policy for Annual Plans

We understand that sometimes things don't work out as expected, and you may need to cancel your subscription. That’s why we offer a 7-day refund policy for our Annual Plans. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 7-day of your initial purchase, provided the following condition is met:

  • Less than 10% of the purchased credits have been utilized.

Note: There will be no refunds for Monthly Plans.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your subscription, you may do so at any time to avoid future charges. For Monthly Plans, this ensures you won’t be billed for the next cycle. However, please keep in mind that no refunds will be issued after the first 7-day of your purchase for Annual Plans.
