1.1 Ownership:MailVerify.ai is operated by MAILVERIFY LLC, a subsidiary of Outbox Labs Inc., a Delaware corporation. By accessing or using MailVerify.ai, you agree to abide by these terms and any related policies, including our Privacy Policy. This forms a binding legal framework for your use of MailVerify.ai. Outbox Labs Inc. reserves the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice.

1.2 Agreement Acknowledgement:By creating an account, you accept all terms in this Agreement, including any supplementary documents, policies, or addenda. If you disagree with any part of this Agreement, you should not use the service. Your continued use indicates acceptance of any modifications.

1.3 Amendments to Terms:We reserve the right to modify these terms at our discretion. Any changes will be communicated to you with at least a 7-day notice. Your continued use beyond this period will be considered acceptance of the amended terms.

1.4 Precedence of This Agreement:In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and other agreements you might have with us, the terms outlined in this Agreement will take precedence.

By using MailVerify.ai, you warrant that you meet the below-listed eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to suspend or delete any user accounts for any reason, disclosed or undisclosed, and to change these eligibility requirements at any time.

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use MailVerify.ai
• You must be able to conclude legally binding contracts.
• You must comply with all local, state, national, and foreign laws, treaties, and regulations.
• You must provide true and complete personal data and billing details.
• You must be authorized by the relevant parties to accept these Terms.
• You must agree to the Terms and abide by them.
• You must not use MailVerify.ai for verifying purchased/rented email lists or email lists collected from the Internet.
• You must not use MailVerify.ai for verifying made-up/scraped email addresses.
• You must not create multiple user accounts.
• You must be responsible for providing and maintaining, at your own risk and expense, any hardware, software, and communication lines required to access and use MailVerify.ai.

3.1 Registration of the Account:To access and use the full functionality of MailVerify.ai, you are required to create a user account (the “Account”) on the Website and undergo a verification process. You are only allowed to have one Account.

3.2 Security of the Account:You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and credentials. You agree to contact us immediately if you suspect a breach of security regarding your Account.

3.3 Your responsibility:You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your Account and any other actions taken in connection with your Account.

4.1 The Fees:For email verification, you can pay with credits purchased on the Website (the “Credits”). The Credits are subject to the applicable fees (the “Fees”). Fees are indicated in United States dollars (USD) and include all applicable taxes. Fees are subject to change without prior notice.

4.2 Free trial:We offer a free account with 25 free Credits available to try our email verification tool. If you have a paid ReachInbox subscription and sign up using that account, you will receive 500 free Credits.

4.3 Your responsibility:Any unused Credits will roll over for 3 months from the date of purchase or allocation.

4.4 Payment processing:All payments related to MailVerify.ai are processed by third-party payment processors. We do not have access to your payment data.

5.1 Your Content:By uploading Your Content to MailVerify.ai, you grant us unrestricted, sub-licensable, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable rights to use, distribute, modify, publicly display, and reproduce Your Content for the purposes of providing you with our services and carrying out legitimate business interests.

5.2 MailVerify.ai’s Content:All content made available on MailVerify.ai, excluding Your Content, is owned by the Company or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

MailVerify.ai is provided “as is” and “as available”. Neither the Company, nor its owners, employees, contractors, suppliers, and licensors, make any warranty that MailVerify.ai will meet your requirements, be error-free, accurate, or reliable. You agree to use MailVerify.ai at your own risk.

To ensure fair usage and prevent misuse, MailVerify has set the following limits on Catch-All verification. These limits are subject to periodic review and adjustments as needed to maintain platform integrity and performance.

1. Monthly & Annual Subscription Plans
   • Users on monthly or annual subscription plans can verify Catch-All emails up to 50% of their total monthly credit limit.
2. Lifetime Plans
   • Users on lifetime plans can verify Catch-All emails up to 50% of their allocated daily credit limit.
3. General Terms
   • These limits are applied automatically and reset daily.
   • Unused Catch-All verification credits do not roll over to future days.
   • MailVerify reserves the right to review and modify these limits to ensure fair distribution of system resources and prevent abuse.
   • Any attempt to bypass or manipulate these restrictions may result in temporary suspension or termination of access to Catch-All verification or the MailVerify platform.

You are not permitted to use MailVerify.ai in any manner that contributes to unlawful activity, fraud, harassment, or the dissemination of malware, among other prohibited uses outlined in these Terms.

8.1 Changes to the Terms:We reserve the right to modify these Terms at our sole discretion. Changes will be communicated to you, and your continued use of the service indicates acceptance.

8.2 Term and Termination:These Terms remain in force until terminated by either party. Upon termination, you must cease using the service and destroy any materials related to MailVerify.ai.

8.3 Governing Law:These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
